Making School Busses and Happy Birthday Presley

I am having computer problems at Preschool, so the blog is not going as fast as I would like. Hopefully, we will get things worked out soon. On last Friday, the four year olds made school busses out of Twinkies, then we got to eat them. Yum, yum, they were good. The three groups are showing you their finished products.

Today is Presley Thomas's birthday. She is four today. Granny sent a delicious cake to be shared by all at lunch. You can tell the three year olds really enjoyed it. Happy Birthday, Presley.

First Day of The New Year

Well, we all survived the first day of the new year. I don't know about the kids, but Ms. Lori, Ms. Nell, Ms. Pam and myself were very tired. But it great first day. We have 24 four year olds and 8 three year olds. The four year olds are learning the classroom rules, working on writing their names, learning what their color is (blue, purple, or orange), where their cubbie is, switching classes, and learning how 24 can bathroom break at once. We teachers learned that some things worked and others didn't. Our four years were all very excited, and had a great day.
The three year class is also learning classroom rules, to listen to Ms. Pam, to stay in line, and doing quite well. It was a good first day.
Happy Birthday, Owen!!
